Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more with the exception of orders containing furniture and some large or fragile items. These items are priced individually and this is shown on the product page.
Standard packages - delivery within 3-5 (full) working days.
Personalised orders - delivery within 7-10 (full) working days. Orders also containing non personalised items under £50 will be held & shipped together.
Furniture & non-standard items - delivery within 3-5 (full) working days.
Extra-large furniture - delivery within 2-3 weeks. This will be displayed in the product description, where applicable. Scotland & remote areas may be longer.

All packages over £50.00 are sent by courier and require a signature upon receipt.
Greetings cards are sent by first class mail when ordered without any other items.
If you live locally to us in Leicester, we are able to offer a collection service. Please enquire with us before ordering and we will give you a code for free delivery.
Please note, that where a safe place is specified for delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for lost parcels.
Furniture & non-standard items - Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands)
Individual delivery charges apply for furniture and non-standard items. Non-standard items refers to products that are too large or too delicate to be shipped with our usual courier.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated and will be shown in your order basket before checkout. You will also have a chance to review your order before proceeding.
If you provide a mobile number at the checkout, you will receive a text message to notify you of your delivery day.
Drivers will only attempt delivery of smaller furniture and non-standard items twice, otherwise a further charge will be incurred for re delivery.
Please note, for extra-large or heavy furniture requiring a specialist furniture courier (if your item will be sent via this service, it will be indicated in the product description) delivery will only be attempted once before a further charge for redelivery is incurred. Our extra-large furniture courier will contact you to arrange a convenient day and 3hr time slot for delivery (evening and weekend slots available). We are unable to offer an assembly service, however the driver will happily carry the item to your room of choice. Please contact us if you need this item sooner, and we can provide you with a quote for a quicker service.
Alternatively you are welcome to collect your item from us in Leicester if you would like, please contact us before purchase and we can arrange this.
We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding next day or express delivery and we will do our best to accommodate any special requests and get your parcel sent out as soon as possible.

Before ordering an item of furniture please measure the space available carefully and ensure the item will fit. Please also consider entrance points and any doorways, staircases etc.
Please note delivery is 'kerb-side' only and you must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
International, Ireland, Highlands & Islands
We are more than happy to ship orders internationally. Please contacts us for a delivery quote on +441162986393 or email email@example.com. Once we have confirmed the details, your order will then be processed manually through PayPal, rather than via the website.
Please note our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty, additional taxes, fees, levies or customs charges and customers should check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
